I love people! I love houses! I love real estate! My real estate career began as a broker with a franchised realty firm, where I earned top sales awards each year. The experience and knowledge I gained during that time was invaluable and I am thankful for the time I spent there. But then, my dream to do more and help more people told me I needed to make a leap of faith and reach for the stars! My dream is now a reality with Custom Moves Real Estate Services!

Always working with my clients’ best interests in mind is my number one priority! So, whether you’re a first-time home buyer, a growing family or an empty nester, I want to help you joyously and smoothly move on to the next exciting chapter of your life. I promise to always deliver a friendly and honest experience through the entire process!

Jennifer Jack

Hello! Please allow me to introduce myself, Jennifer Jack – Wife, Mother, Realtor!

Growing up in a blue collar, middle class family, I learned that anything worth having had to be earned, and if you earned it, then it was worth it! I take great pride in my home ownership journey, having achieved “The American Dream” as a first time buyer when I was a single young adult. My husband and I have navigated multiple buy/sell transactions as our needs have changed over the years. And I’ve also worked with my parents and grandparents on downsizing into something more manageable for their stage in life. These experiences along with my role as a wife and mom of two school-aged children, provided me with the experience and knowledge needed to navigate the buying and selling process to suit your current needs while at the same time preparing for future needs.

I grew up in the small town of Galveston, Indiana, having graduated from Lewis Cass High School. I moved a few miles down the road to Kokomo in 2002, where I graduated from Indiana University-Kokomo with a degree in Criminal Justice. I went on to work for the citizens and taxpayers of Howard County for twenty years, over 15 years in the judicial system and the last nearly five years as an elected official. As your Howard County Recorder, I gained incredible insight into the real estate industry and Howard County property records.

I also created many professional relationships in both the real estate and title industries. While serving Howard County and retiring from the county government I call home after twenty years was an honor of a lifetime, I always knew that I had a passion for real estate, home design, and helping people acquire their “American Dream”. So as my youngest child ventured off to kindergarten, I set out on a new journey. With my family’s support and a huge leap of faith, here I am – Jennifer Jack, Real Estate Broker! I have known Nicci Perkins for about 25 years, and I’m so excited to be able to team up with her in the real estate world at Custom Moves Real Estate Services, LLC.

When I’m not working, you can likely catch me at an Eastern Comets sporting event, chauffeuring my children, beginning a new d.i.y project, tending to our small hobby farm full of chickens, goats, dogs, and a cat, or enjoying time at Lake Shafer. I have a passion for both flower and vegetable gardening. My husband and I fancy ourselves as “foodies” always willing to pick up and take off on a road trip discovering an unknown town or eatery.

I am excited and really looking forward to putting all of my professional and personal experience to work for you! Give me a call and we can discuss making your “American Dream” come true! — Let’s make your next move a “Custom Move”!

A Few Words from Nicci

To me real estate is about more than just selling houses. It’s about helping people in all stages of life find the perfect home at the perfect time. I understand the pride and security that comes with home ownership and helping people find and fall in love with their new home. It’s the part of being a Realtor I love the most!

As a mother and grandmother, as well as a member of the Kokomo community it is with great pride and honor I do my part to encourage community growth and stability by helping our neighbors find and purchase affordable, safe and comfortable homes for themselves and their families. I truly believe that home ownership is the key to a healthy and stable community. Home ownership gives people a sense of pride and security that nothing else can. When homeowners feel this sense of pride they will strive to see that their own little corner of the community is cared for and protected. And when this is the common theme our community at large grows and prospers.
